Kejapnya dh masuk bln julai....rase cm baru je sambut 2008..This year pn dh mcm2 hal jd kt aku ni....Ni kt opis lg ni tgh dok siapkn backlog....month end and early month la mase yg paling aku sibuk kt opis...

Ni sambil2 layan harakahdaily dok baca kes anwar meliwat ni....pe la nk jadi..aku pn xtau mybe btul or mybe konspirasi pak lah or mybe konspirasi mahathir...or whatever....tp ape yg aku perasan government tgh dok nak alih topik pasal kenaikan harga minyak n brg2 aritu....Cube bace paper or sembang kt mane2 kedai kopi ke mamak ke...kalo sblm ni org xabih2 dok citer pasal minyak...but then 2hari ni org dok kecoh lak pasal liwat..org xde dh cite pasal harga brg naik etc....it might be a government plan...who knows...

My weekend...

Hmm this weekend xde pe yg menarik...ade gak la kuar g mkn angin kt pavilion with my frenz..Mmg dh plan pn nk kuar watch movie.."wanted"..kitaorg kuar 3org...me n my fren with his wife.Diorang ni kalo nk kuar mane2 suke ajak den skali...xtau nape...pdhal dh kawin tu.Den pn xde ape nk wat even ade sorg minah baru kenal ni ajak kuar tp i cancel last minute sbb nk follow my fren n his wife...lg best coz kitaorg bertiga mmg close fren la..hehe.

Kitaorg tgk movie midnite kol 12.10...but siang tu sblm, tgk movie kitaorg g wat " fish spa"..Prnh dgr???ha mybe ade yg lum prnh dgr sbb menda ni quite baru gak la...

Mase wat foot spa ni ikan kecik tu akan gigit kaki korang....ikan tu akan mkn kulit sel2 mati pada kaki kita....Then 5minit pertama ltk kaki kt dlm kolam tu mmg geli giler la rase nk menjerit je hahaha....tp pas 5minit tu kaki korang akan biase ngn ikan2 tu.Best gak la...bile ikan tu gigit akan wat blood circulation korang lancar...then kaki korang akan rase licin sgt pas wat foot spa ngn Doctor fish ni hehe..




Hmm yg atas tu kaki member den...2nd tu kaki den..3rd tu kaki wife member den..Then yg last tu suasana kt dlm fish spa tu....sape yg xprnh try tu better try la...RM38 per person for 30 minutes..ade byk pakej kt situ...kalo 1st time nk try better amik yg RM38 tu....bes gak...

Then ade gudnews utk bankers sbb akan naik gaji...sape2 yg under NUBE la...but ambank has its own union and fight utk dpt lebih dari NUBE...so sape yg keje ambank untung la...kalo NUBE dpt kenaikan gaji 17%....ambank mybe dpt lebih 5% dr NUBE which means staff ambank insyaALLAH akn dpt total 22% or mybe gak 30% kenaikan gaji beserta tunggakkan selama 26bulan...hehe masyukkkkkkkk.This year mmg tahun rezeki wat den la....Alhamdulillah.

Hmmm new projek???k pasal keli, try nk bukak kolam lak...dh dpt tapak kolam utk disewa kt slim river tp still tgh kow tim samada dpt or x....then smentara tggu pengesahan kolam keli tu....projek yg akan jalan bulan 7 ni lak projek anak pokok kelapa sawit...

Projek ni den buat 4org...senang je...beli benih kelapa sawit,semai,tggu 6bulan then jual kt Felda,Felcra dsb...tapak semaian dh dpt kt kawasan tanah org asli...dlm 4org yg join ni sorg tu mmg wat keje2 kampung...so xde masalah utk penjagaan n market...big chance dh ade kt situ.

Benih harga RM1.4k utk seribu buji benih...then pas 6bulan satu anak pokok akan dijual pada harga lbh kurang RM10.50...kalo seribu pokok????masyukkkk....tp ni projek pcubaan dulu...so tu yg wat 4org.kalo hasilnya spt yg dijangkakan, mybe dlm bulan Feb slepas dpt hasil yg ptama, den nk wat projek ni stand alone...juz upah org utk jaga...insyaALLAH.

The best day in a whole month is today...coz today i've got my salary..hehe.We are all expect that today our bonus will be credited to our account...sadly arini masuk gaji je...ade rumours kate end of this month diorang akan credit our bonus....hmmm got a plan to shopping...dh lame x shopping.

Ni td kol 6.35pm dh xtau nk watpe dh...keje byk lg xsiap tp malas giler nk siapkan keje...then pe lg bukak internet la...baru2 ni IT admin dh block our internet password...passwordnya satu je then ramai sgt yg sharing tu yg diorang detect kot...

Nasib baik la den ade maxis broadband...biase guna kt laptop kt umah...tp sejak opis dh kena block internet ni...tpaksa la den bwk broadband den...kalo x mati kutu...xkn nk ngadap keje smpi petang...nak gak selingan..


Ha dh dpt gaji kena la jalankn tanggungjwb bayar segala ape hutang n bil2 yg patut....bil api, bil air, credit card...tu xmasuk lg sewa umah...mcm2 lg la...tu la yg xbestnya..

Bile dh tolak sume bil2 n hutang tu...dok kira balik byk gak la gaji den kena tolak....credit card la buat byk hutang hehe...tp xpe utk kegunaan sndiri...drpd den labur utk pmpuan cm yg den buat dulu..baik den labur utk diri den sndiri...membazir je p'abih duit kt pmpuan...den dh rase....byk giler duit den abih kt pmpuan...insaf siot...maksud den gf la....bkn pmpuan yg kt lorong2 tu...isk

Bz bkn bz pe pn...cuma la ni ade projek baru ngn member2...skrg ni dok plan nk on ternakan cacing n ternakan ikan keli dlm tong...hmm cacing sape yg dgr mesti geli ye x?den pn geli gak mula2 dulu...tp bile dh g kursus sane sini baru la tau betapa tingginya permintaan cacing ni kt pasaran..sekilo cacing kite bole jual RM450-RM600...huh bayangkan kalo dpt jual sebulan 10kg cacing pn dh cukup lumayan dh tu...Ramai yg xtau kot yg cacing ni byk guna utk produk kosmetik...then byk lagi la smpi la kite dpt wat baja dr cacing tu..Neway dlm mase sbulan dua ni mybe on projek ni coz modal dh ade...tapak pn dh ade kt rawang..tinggal nk renovate tmpat n dptkn induk cacing dari vendor..yg bestnya g kursus ni vendor ni akan sign contract utk beli balik cacing yg kite ternak selama setahun...ok la tu.atleast ade peluang utk tinjau market kt tmpt lain...

Ni la keratan paper kursus yg den pergi aritu...ade lg satu kursus den pergi sorg2 kt banting..kira dua kursus la den pergi...

Then projek kedua lak nk wat ternakan keli dlm tong....aritu dpt contact pengarah urusan company ni utk deal pasal ikan keli ni...yg bestya pengarah urusan dia baru umur 21 tahun...mmg respect la..tu la den plan dlm bulan ni nk g ke terengganu or kota bharu jumpa ngn mamat ni...tapak dia leh sediakan..pakai tong besar je..then modal pn xlebih 10k...bile kira2 balik ok la tu setiap 4bulan keli ni harvest dpn la untung...tgh ade modal ni baik try berniaga...so xla duit tu terperap je.atleast dpt biakkan duit tu...InsyaAllah...

Ape pn tu la dua projek dlm mase terdekat ni...den target nk success start ikan keli tu sbelum ujung tahun...yg cacing tu mybe ujung bulan 6 dh leh start dh...wish me luck...

Its saturday again...kejap je rase tp paling boring weekend..ntah mybe sbb single kot then xde partner nk dating..haha..Tp pe pn arini ade gak la aktiviti..

Today dh wat appointment ngn my colegue..nk tlg dia figure up pc dia..ade s'thng wrong katenya..He fetch me at 12.30 pm...ok la dr xde wat ape2 kt umah..at the same time i tgh dok tggu mane my "sue" ni xde msg2 dr td...ape xbgn tdo lg ke minah ni..then i switch la semula my celcom sim card...rupanya dia dh dok kejut sms kol 9am..then bile reply sms tah mane lesap minah ni...

Her cousin dh dok plan nk jumpa kn i ngn sue ni coz dgr cite dia nk turun kl...tp ntah la rase cm blum mase je nk jumpe...nk kate rapat...ari2 contact..tp tu la her cousin ni beriya2 nk i be a part of her family...tkt gak kalo org dh ltk hope ni...ntah nape her cousin ni intrested sgt nk matchkn i ngn sue ni i pn xtau...????..But both of them is a very...very...very nice person.

Neway back to the story, actually my colegue is which we can call uncle la...quite old gak la...but kitaorg call dia cik din je kt opis..ha kt kiri tu pic dia...umoq dh 50 tp jiwa teruna lg tuuu...then arini 1st time dpt naik naza ria....spacious gak la....pakcik sorg ni mmg xreti dok umah kalo weekend...port wajib dia mesti masjid india..ntah ape dia dok melangok kt situ..cari ubat kuat kot..haha...borak punya borak perut mmg lapar dr td lg ni..yela bgn tdo lewat pastu xsempat nk mkn...dh la mlm mkn roti je...then pakcik ni offer lak nk blanje mkn kt cheras...mmg best la mkn kt situ...lupe nk snap pic kedai tu...lauk byk giler...tp ati ni bkenan gak kt ikan bakar....ha ni dia...

Quite bz la this week...kol 9mlm br nak kuar opis..Neway juz now baru dpt call dr PTPTN cm biase la nk mtk hutang...neway mmg ptt pn diorang call coz dh due bape bln dh xbyr2 lg nih..

Neway cite pasal PTPTN ni sbnrnya 3% interest tu patut dimansuhkan la..even diorang xkate yg 3% tu sbg faedah...diorang tukar perkataan "faedah" kpd "kos perkhidmatan" n kalo ikut diorang gak caj perkhidmatan tu adalah wajar n bukan berunsurkn riba'.

But secara sahnya, ape yg dilakukan dgn 3% sbg kos perkhidmatan adalah riba' dgn jelasnya.Kalo menurut ckp member, org yg berkhidmat di sebalik PTPTN pn mmg akui yg 3% tu adalah riba' but pengurusan diorang still xjumpa kaedah utk ubah kpd sistem islam..sampaila RHB Islamic Bank membentangkn struktur pembiayaan pelajaran berlandaskan Aqad Ijarah..tp still dlm progress. Pada yg dh mohon tu...anggap je la situasi tu sbg "hajiat" sbb dh xde sumber biasiswa lain...biasiswa n zakat pn mmg susah nk dpt.

Ok kalo kite tgk kt luar tu byk islamic bank dh appear..even foreign bank pn dh ade islamic bank diorang sndiri..then diorang offer pinjaman kpd pelanggan diorang..tp pd pendapat peribadi sndiri, xpayah la letak islamic bank sbb diorang pn still amalkan unsur riba'.Same gak cm PTPTN....Let say diorang bagi loan RM10k...then kite kena byr RM10k gak ke?Mane dpt woo....diorang pn wat bisnes gak...dlm bisnes mesti nk untung. So bile kite byr blk, kite ttp kena byr lebih..cuma diorang xkate keuntungan yg diorang amik tu sbg faedah...diorang ckp tu caj perkhidmatan..s'thing like that la.Tp kalo islamic bank sndiri amik untung atas pinjaman yg diorang tawarkn...bkn ke riba'???

Tuan Guru Nik Abdul Aziz yang juga Menteri Besar Kelantan sebelum itu merasmikan cawangan baru kedai buku Sarjana Media di Carrefour Wangsa Maju.

Kehadiran beliau di Restoran Cheng Ho disambut mesra Amy dan isteri. Amy yang terharu dengan kehadiran pemimpin utama PAS itu mengambil kesempatan membincangkan cadangannya menubuhkan sebuah rumah anak yatim dan tahfiz al-Qur'an di Johor. Turut hadir dalam majlis itu Ketua Pemuda PAS Pusat, Salahuddin Ayub dan kolumnis Harakah, Haji Subky Abdul Latif.

Salamzzzz….haha today is my sleeeeeeepyyy day. Tdo 2jam je mlm td…byk btui keje nk wat..tetibe je byk lak org order brg xsangka la pulak kn..then nk siapkan proposal software product lg..paling letih tpaksa sengkang mata nk cari internet market.so nk ilangkn ngntuk i invite my sis to hang out n luch together today…leh la cuci2 mata skit…btui2 punya cuci mata. There’s a couple yg dok bcintan maut same like me n my ex dulu arr…tp xde la dok daring n too over like what had happen in front of me n my sis…come on la kt escalator..public places.This guys grab his gf waist then suddenly he squeeze his gf chest…errr what I mean is her breast la…haiyoo. Malu la ko org melayu…kalo nk “squeeze” ke u better find a better place la…xmau la wat kt public. That time i rase sesape yg nampak tu mmg rase nk sound je…ade la sorg pck ni kt blkg i ni nyaris2 nk tegur dh couple tu but then xsempat…hmmm

Today…cm biase awl bln kena standby running on dateline task..quite bz …

After that I have an appointment with my “customer”…actually they bought my stuff..7unit of MP4 n MP3 player….payment has been made..mmg janji keeling la mamat ni..

I paling fed up manusia yg xpunctual…actually its been 45 minute….hampeh. Nasib baik la payment dh bayar…x la ralat sgt i tggu…Can’t wait to go back n sleep…so tired.

Well..toughts 4 today was my boring day...got nothing to do.So i plan to go to Low Yatt plaza...juz nk cuci2 mata jln sorang2.Neway 1thing yg best single ni...bile jln sorg2 tu rase cm 1 kind la...ntah cm dunia ni cm kite yg punya..tp sunyi gak dok tgk keliling couple dok bkepit ke hulu hilir...im wondering whats my ex doing today????...Bkepit gak kot...ye la dpt mamat ensem...muka cm aku ni hampeh cm tapak selipar je..Single doesn't mean i cant live wthout her...single is time 4 me 2 make moneyyyy....doing some side biz n become much better then my ex punya guy..haha

Hmm jln punya jln kt low yatt tu plan xde la nk beli ape2 juz nk check out new gadget...new accesories 4 my bisnez..then tnampak la satu MP4 player ni...quite nice la.Price pn leh thn murah gak la...MP4 2GB juz RM199 je...Membr i yg retailer sorg ni xde lak provide kind of this Mp4..

Well tu la kata2 yg agak angkuh dr menantu pemimpin negara yg jugak timbalan ketua pemuda UMNO sebaik je tamat sidang parlimen sesi pertama tempoh ari...kalau xsilap kata2 tsebut diajukan kepada ahli parlimen PAS Titiwangsa Dr Lo' Lo...

As far as i know p'temuan tersebut berlangsng mase Gerakan Mansuhkan ISA ( GMI ) dok adakan kempen utk mngedarkan lencana ISA pd sume ahli parlimen yg bersidang pd ari tersebut...Kempen yg dilancarkan ngn kerjasama Bar Council telah menyerahkan satu memorandum kpd ketua pembangkang Dr Wan Azizah bg mendesak supaya tahanan yg telah dithn selama 6thun tanpa ape2 pembelaan itu supaya dibebaskan.

Persoalan yg i dok pk adil ke bg sebuah negara yg mngamalkan demokrasi berparlimen menidakkan dan menutup mulut tahanan yg ditahan tanpa pembelaan dan menidakkan hak tahanan utk mendapatkan pembelaan??

Emm dh mcm mnjadi tradisi Kementerian Dalam Negeri yang x prnah telus pasal bilangan tahanan ISA yg dok ditahan di Kemta pada masa ni. Xde sape pn yg tau, berape bilangan tahanan yg dithn, bape lame mereka telah ditahan n bape bilangan tahanan yg dh dibebaskan. Bahkan Suruhanjaya Hak Asasi Manusia Malaysia (SUHAKAM) yg mnjadi penjaga hak asasi manusia di Malaysia sndiri x dpt memberikan angka tahanan yg sebenar pd masyarakat umum.

Mungkin ramai yg tau n mungkin ramai gak yg xtau cmne prosedur lelongan kereta di malaysia nih..neway kt sini sy akan terangkan skit sebanyak prosedur lelongan kereta khasnya yg dijalankan oleh pihak AmBank..

Lelongan kereta AmBank dijanlankan setiap minggu iaitu pada setiap hari rabu, khamis, jumaat dan sabtu. Pada hari rabu hingga jumaat, lelongan akan bermula pada pukul 3pm.Then utk lelongan pada hari sabtu n ahad akan diadakan pd pukul 11am.

Untuk melayakkan diri supaya bole membida / bidding kereta pada hari tersebut, anda perlu menyediakan deposit sebanyak RM1,400.00 - RM1,500.00 utk sebuah kereta pada hari lelongan.Daripada jumlah tersebut RM1,000.oo akan menjadi deposit pada harga kereta yg anda akan bid pada lelongan tersebut n another RM500.00 akan dibayar pada auction house sbg auction premium.
