Mungkin ramai yg tau n mungkin ramai gak yg xtau cmne prosedur lelongan kereta di malaysia nih..neway kt sini sy akan terangkan skit sebanyak prosedur lelongan kereta khasnya yg dijalankan oleh pihak AmBank..
Lelongan kereta AmBank dijanlankan setiap minggu iaitu pada setiap hari rabu, khamis, jumaat dan sabtu. Pada hari rabu hingga jumaat, lelongan akan bermula pada pukul 3pm.Then utk lelongan pada hari sabtu n ahad akan diadakan pd pukul 11am.
Untuk melayakkan diri supaya bole membida / bidding kereta pada hari tersebut, anda perlu menyediakan deposit sebanyak RM1,400.00 - RM1,500.00 utk sebuah kereta pada hari lelongan.Daripada jumlah tersebut RM1,000.oo akan menjadi deposit pada harga kereta yg anda akan bid pada lelongan tersebut n another RM500.00 akan dibayar pada auction house sbg auction premium.
Apabila anda telah mendaftarkn diri, anda akan diberi "bidding card" yg tertera bidder number.so kalo anda nak bid untuk 3kereta contohnya, anda akan diberi 3 bidding card.Dalam proses lelongan, anda akan bersaing ngn individu2 or sekumpulan used car dealer utk merebut kereta yg dilelong. Untuk merebut n melawan harga antara satu sama lain, anda hanya perlu mengangkat bidding card anda dpt semasa pendaftaran. Untuk kereta yg dibuka harga rizab below RM50k, setiap kali anda mengangkat bidding card, harga akan naik sebanyak RM200. Bermakna sekali angkat, harga rizab akan berubah dan naik sebanyak RM200.
Sekiranya anda berjaya memenangi kereta yang dilelong, anda hanya perlu membayar pada harga yang telah ditolak dari deposit anda semasa pendaftaran sebanyak RM1000.00.Cth, sekiranya anda berjaya memenangi kereta pada harga RM14,000.00...anda hanya perlu membayar RM13,000.00 shj.Pembayaran secara tunai hendaklah dibuat dlm masa 10hari dari tarikh lelongan.Manakala sekiranya anda ingin memohon pinjaman, anda mesti memberitahu pihak bank melalui nama pegawai yg tertera pada kontrak yg telah ditandatangani.Pinjaman hanya akan diluluskan pada kereta yg mempunyai geran/registration card(RC).Status kereta yg mempunyai geran or tidak, tertera pada senarai harga yg disediakan.So sekiranya anda berhajat untuk memohon pinjaman, pastikan anda 'bid' kereta yg mempunyai geran SAHAJA.
Sekiranya anda gagal dalam merebut kereta yg anda inginkan, jgn risau krn deposit anda akan dipulangkan semula.
Untuk makluman, senarai harga rizab/reserve price bersama senarai model2 kereta yg akan dilelong hanya boleh didapati pada hari lelongan sahaja.TETAPI...sekiranya anda mahukan senarai tersebut secara underground, serahkan pd saya krn sy mempunyai kenalan di AmBank.Menariknya, anda akan terlebih dulu mengetahui senarai harga beserta model berbanding pelanggan lain.So advantage ada pada anda kerana anda boleh melihat dan melawat auction house sehari sebelum hari lelongan untuk memlih kereta.
Untuk mendapatkan senarai tersebut, anda hanya perlu bank in ke akaun sy sebanyak RM10 shj untuk senarai lelongan di pusat2 lelongan seluruh malaysia.RM10 bkn utk mengaut keuntungan...tp sbb senarai ini adalah maklumat sulit yg tidak boleh didedahkan kpd org awam sebelum lelongan.
